1) Shipping Areas

  • United States: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Spain: Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

  • European Union: All EU member states.

2) Shipping Costs

  • USA (Contiguous): Free shipping on orders $49+. Below $49, rate shown at checkout.

  • USA (AK/HI/PR/APO/FPO): Calculated at checkout.

  • Spain (Mainland): Free shipping on all orders.

  • Balearic/Canary/Ceuta/Melilla: Calculated at checkout.

  • European Union: Calculated automatically by destination.
    Special promotions may extend free shipping to additional regions; this will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

3) Delivery Times (Business Days)

  • USA (Contiguous): 3–6 days

  • USA (AK/HI/PR): 5–10 days

  • USA (APO/FPO/DPO): 7–15 days

  • Spain (Mainland): 2–5 days

  • Balearic & Canary Islands: 3–7 days

  • European Union: 5–10 days
    Times are estimates and may be affected by local holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

4) Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery.

6) Delivery Issues

If the carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, they may attempt a new delivery or route the parcel to a nearby pickup point.
Uncollected parcels within the carrier’s timeframe will be returned to our warehouse.
For incorrect addresses or recipient absence, Juguetoy is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA & EU domestic shipments: Duties/taxes are typically included at checkout where applicable.

  • International (outside your customs zone): Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
