At Juguetoy, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you can request a return by following the conditions detailed below.

1. Returns area

You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept the request.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

In order for us to accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition , without having been used or manipulated beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and operation.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging , including tags, accessories and manuals, if applicable.

  • Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Returns procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Send us an email to 📧 info.juguetoy@gmail.com indicating:

    • Order number.

    • Product(s) to be returned.

    • Reason for return.

  2. We will send you instructions for shipping it back to our warehouse.

  3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the corresponding refund.

4. Return costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors by Juguetoy .

  • We recommend returning your item via a courier service with a tracking number to avoid any issues.

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • If you have requested a product exchange, it will be sent once the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Defective products or error in the order

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost.
